Dr Earl Bradley was charged with 471 counts opposite 103 children, all but one of them girls. He is indicted of recording the purported assaults on thirteen hours of video tape.
The charges embody rape, passionate exploitation of a child, wrong passionate contact, redundant passionate abuse of a child, attack and forward endangering.

Many victims were allegedly assaulted repeatedly, a little on uninterrupted days.
One lady was allegedly raped some-more than a dozen times over a duration of some-more than a year.
The complaint contains a opening from Oct 2004 to Jun 2006, during that no purported crimes are listed.
Authorities would not contend either they think Dr Bradley videotaped all of the purported assaults or either there could be some-more victims.
Beau Biden, Delaware"s Attorney General, pennyless down in tears as he described the purported offences.
He said: "These were crimes committed opposite the majority exposed between us, those but voices. I design that we will supplement to this complaint with new charges over the entrance months.
"The charges in this complaint are singular in the story of the state of Delaware as far as I can tell."
He pronounced that whilst there have been alternative cases around the US involving the purported abuse of mixed children, "I know of no alternative that has this most victims."
Dr Bradley was arrested in Dec after a two-year-old lady allegedly told her mom that the alloy harm her when he took her to a groundwork room of his Baybees paediatric bureau after an exam.
His healing looseness was henceforth revoked by the state Board of Medical Practice last week.
Prosecutors did not contend how most of the purported victims on the videos had been identified.
Dr Bradley"s lawyer, Eugene Maurer, pronounced the "real battleground" in the box will be Dr Bradley"s mental state, not what is seen on the video tapes.
He said: "The issue in this box is going to come down to his mental health at the time."
