Shawcross has pronounced there was "absolutely no malice" in the challenge.
Manager Arsene Wenger was barbarous by the tackle, that he described as "horrendous", but in a matter released by Shawcross read: "There was positively no ill will in the challenge.
"I would never, ever go out to harm a associate professional.
"I am deeply dissapoint that Aaron has suffered such a bad damage and my thoughts are with him.
"I would similar to to send him my most appropriate wishes as well for a rapid recovery."
Stoke team-mates Danny Pugh and Rory Delap pronounced Shawcross had not meant to harm Ramsey.
"There was no antagonistic vigilant from Ryan, he"s not that kind of player," midfielder Pugh told BBC radio. "He"s a great kid and and he"s been detrimental that that"s happened."
Delap said: "He"s a committed player, but he"s never going to go in to a plea seeking to harm someone."
He added: "Everyone knew true afar what had happened. The arbitrate [Peter Walton] pronounced it wasn"t meant, but since of the damage he had to send Ryan off."
The damage had echoes of prior bad injuries suffered by players Eduardo and Abou Diaby in prior seasons.
Wenger said: "I didn"t see most bad tackles in the diversion but this one was horrendous.
"To lose a player of that peculiarity at nineteen years of age when he is only starting his career is only horrendous. It is formidable to accept.
"It is the third player we have lost on tackles that are not excusable - (Abou) Diaby, Eduardo and Ramsey today.
"I am only repelled since that is not football for me. It is not what I similar to in the game.
"If you have to live with that I exclude to do that.
"For a child at nineteen years old to be kicked out of a diversion similar to that, it is over words. I cannot even suffer the win tonight. The players are shocked, it is a bad fracture."
