A man will crop up in justice currently charged with murdering a licentiate who died after pang serious injuries in an conflict at her home.
The 53-year-old man, who has not been named, was arrested on Monday after the woman, elderly 75, was taken to sanatorium from an residence in Erdington, Birmingham.
A military orator pronounced the woman, who lived in Milverton Road, was found harmed at about 9.30am but died in sanatorium on Monday afternoon.
The 53-year-old, who is believed to be associated to the deceased, will crop up prior to magistrates in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
